Our process
We believe in a hands-on approach, guiding each of our clients through the needed processes that each individual will need to complete, on a case by case basis. Our efforts will be spearheaded by our non-profit segment, which provides Job Readiness programs to inmates, designed to assist this target group in their workforce re-entry.

FSG is designed to be the needed bridge between prospective employers and the employees they need to complete their diverse workplace environments. Our goal is to not only connect prospective employers to available employees, but also make sure those employees are ready, willing and able to provide service that exceeds expectations on a daily basis.
