Freeman Services Group (FSG) is a Florida based vocational service and staffing organization; dedicated to the assistance of persons who have been affected by adverse life situations which have placed them in a position where gainful employment and other resources have been either denied, or have been increasingly hard to access.  Through the Federal Government’s Fair Chance Employment Act (2021),  the Disability Employment Incentive Act (2021) and Equal Opportunity Employment Act,  employment opportunities for these target groups have been paired with increased  financial benefits for companies that hire them.  The Work Opportunity Tax Credit, which allows employers a tax credit/tax write-off of up to 40% of the first year wages paid to these groups, has recently been extended to 2025, giving employers a great reason to extend offers and positions to these targeted groups.  

FSG  is designed to be the needed bridge between prospective employers and the employees they need to complete their diverse workplace environments.  Our goal is to not only connect prospective employers to available employees, but also make sure those employees are ready, willing and able to provide a level of service that exceeds expectations on a daily basis.  We provide this service in an effort to increase community productivity, as well as reduce recidivism and incarceration rates, effectively lowering area crime and combating mental health issues such as depression in those persons who previously have been unable to connect to the resources they need to succeed.  We believe in a hands-on approach, guiding each of our clients through the processes that each individual will need to complete, on a case by case basis, for the best chance of success.  Our efforts will be spearheaded by a set of Workforce Readiness programs, designed to assist the target groups and employers alike.
