Programs

FSG is structured unlike other temporary and permanent placement agencies.  We provide  these companies trained, specialized professionals as well as temporary clerical or daily light industrial workers.  With the help of our non-profit segment, we begin working with our candidates, in some cases,  months in advance of their placement to ensure they hit the ground running  in a new position.  Several staffing agencies  provide a similar service to other groups of people, but there are none specifically dedicated to  assisting  Fair Chance candidates and Disabled Persons to  connect with companies looking to meet their goals of diversity and inclusion. FSG has eleven core divisions, targeting the following areas of training and  expertise:

  • Information Technology (Including On-Site IT and Cloud Services)

  • Tax Preparation and Bookkeeping

  • Transportation Maintenance

  • Facilities/Building Maintenance

  • Pest Control

  • Mobile Delivery Services (CDL and Non-CDL)

  • Hospitality/Housekeeping

  • Cosmetology

  • Graphic Artists/Web Design

  • Interpreters/Translators/Transcribers
